Bird's Nest - A child's favourite

Ingredients:
Rajma - 1/2 cup
Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
Small potatoes(boiled) - 5-6
Onions - 2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Plain flour - 2tsp
Green chillies
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Heat 2sp oil. Add jeera, chopped green chillies,chopped onions. Fry till onions turn golden brown.
2. Now add red chilli powder, salt and cooked rajma. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Keep this mixture aside.
3. Mix the plain flour and pinch of saltsalt in litte water to make a paste.
4. Scoop the potatoes on top to create a hollow sapce, dip them in the above paste and roll them in the vermicelli. Deep fry till golden brown.
5. Place the prepared rajma mixture in the hollw space.
6. Bird's nest is ready to serve.
